Christoph Winckel wields the most insistent bass in all of Free Jazz ... a half-dog can't pee (cystitis) ... the beat comes out from his fly (Priapism)... high emotional tension (hypertonia) ... agony and ecstasy in the creative moment ... self- destructive power (masochism) ... music producing hot breath that burns the skin (coprophagy) ... right up close to the Nirvana of absolute chaos ... giving the impression they're attending the reading of a mass ... engaging in a diabolical dialogue (religious delirium) ... stimulating powerplay... two hours full of sexual energy... libidinous madmen ... on four levels but also humane on one level (erotomania) ... forcing Free Jazz kids to run for cover?
