21:00 Unstolen Moments Hans Daffke and the Salon Orchestra Alhambra

Hans Daffke and the salon orchestra Alhambra consider it an honor to be able to indulge in the lasciviousness of the 1920s. Twelve dapper young men, in stunning evening attire, present the hits that once infected their grandparents with spring fever. In the process, meaningful questions are posed such as: "Can Sigismund help it if he's incredibly handsome?" and "What's Maier doing up in the Himalayas?", whereas their pomaded lady-friends sing: "Now Dolly has it good. She's sitting up in Hollywood.", "I'm in Good with Ruth", or even more scandalously: "In my bathtub, I'm the Captain", or "I'm a Necrophile at Heart". (Hans Daffke)

Porgy & Bess is a Jazz and Music Club. The Club management hopes that tonight's artistic presentation stays within this definition. Or that it at least expands this definition. Or lightens it.
