Nouvelle Cuisine hates to be viewed simply as an exorbitant phenomenon, no matter which of their efforts towards establishing a new musical world is erroneously held to be merely an annex or, at best, an emanation of an exceptional narrative flow ... Mühlbacher/Cech, the composers in question, tower above most of their counterparts as humane figures and everyday metaphors for the apperception of a constitutive entity. Theirs is a quasi-homeostatic system of antagonistic dispositions in which their nearly didactically pure work paradigms suddenly assert themselves when juxtaposed to the will of Huber, Deppe or rüegg.
