For this ensemble, in which trumpet has been added to the usual quartet configuration, Stefan Pelzl has borrowed the name JUJU, which Wayne Shorter gave to an LP he recorded - along with McCoy Tyner, Reggie Workman and Elvin Jones - in 1964. For his JUJU, Shorter called in Miles Davis, Lee Morgan and Freddie Hubbard; here, the Austrian pendant on the JUJU chain is Franz Hautzinger. CH
