21:00 Session by Monika Trotz: The Jerome Kern Songbook

When I sat down to write these lines I discovered that, in my entire collection of jazz and music lexicons (12), there was not a single mention of the American composer J. Kern. In this case, however, Nothing certainly does not mean Nothing... I 'll look into this further and give listeners a short introduction to Kern to start off this session - before passing the mike to singer Monika Trotz who, herself, needs no more introduction. Rumor has it that she will be accompanied by the Baker Boys, who are currently spending some time in this city.
