Heinrich von Kalnein, a highly professional musician who always pays a touching amount of attention to his work, is venturing into rarefied areas which were opened/conceived by David Liebman. Due to their extreme complexity, these are domains which few others will even attempt to master. Kalnein, however, maneouvers skillfully over this steep terrain, secured well by a line-up of competent musicians; most notably the Hungarian piano virtuoso Emil Spanyi. MR
