Miss Fontoura, known in particular circles as the „Pancake Queen“ is a wonderful and talented musician and cook, or should I say cook and musician. Her favorite pancakes can be filled with anything from asparagus with lots of fresh herbs and pepperoni, to sweeties such as strawberries or bananas with ginger „yum,yum“.
