Curtis Stigers is a remarkable personality in the world of music. With an impressive career spanning decades, he is known both in the USA and internationally. His warm, velvety voice and exceptional musical abilities have earned him a permanent place in the music scene.

In the 30 years of his career, singer, songwriter and saxophonist Curtis Stigers has not only sold millions of albums, but has also produced hits that are still in our ears today. Now the circle is complete: on his latest album 'This Life' (Feb 2022), he looks back on his great international successes such as 'I Wonder Why', 'Never Saw A Miracle', as well as songs from his oeuvre that are particularly close to his heart. Stigers reinterprets the classics in the jazzy, intimate way for which he is known today.

"I don't tend to look back very often," confesses Curtis Stigers. "But this time I decided to re-record songs from my previous twelve studio albums. Songs that I now play at concerts in a completely different way than when I recorded them. When I play them again and again with my band in front of an audience, the songs grow and develop away from the album versions over time and develop a life of their own." Backed by an excellent band, he will now present them live.
