20 years of JazzWerkstatt Vienna: ALL THE THINGS YOU ARE - 10 ACTS À 10 MIN
A different concert program than usual: The evening "10 Acts à 10 min" is divided into three sets, each with three to four acts. As the name suggests, one act plays for ten minutes, after which the next item on the program continues relatively seamlessly. For example, Zsófia Boros - virtuoso on the classical concert guitar and ECM artist - plays a piece from her solo program, closely followed by the energetic and intuitive interplay of Astrid and Beate Wiesinger in the duo 4675. Chansonnier Willi Landl sings three songs with Viennese soul singer Max Gaier. Complementing this, the trio "terrea" explores instrumental soundscapes with the new micro-total keyboard instrument "Claviton". Already tested twice at the legendary Blue Tomato club, this diverse evening, so characteristic of the Viennese music scene, will take place for the first time on the Porgy & Bess stage.
