Paula Morelenbaum is connoisseur of Bossa Nova, for having in her curriculum the participation for ten years in the brilliant "Nova Banda" by Antonio Carlos Jobim, where she had the rich and memorable experience of coexistence as well as numerous participations in recordings and concerts in Brazil and the world, singing with the maestro.

In 2009 she has released the album “Telecoteco” recording Brazilian songs from the 40s and 50s - the Pre-Bossa Nova period – which presented several musical styles with a rich, talent-studded and renovating musical segment, just as Bossa-Nova itself would eventually become. This album was nominated for the 'Brazilian Music Award 2009' in the category ‘MPB - Best Album', and also for the ‘Latin Grammy’.

In 2010, Paula Morelenbaum released “Bossarenova” along with the arranger/pianist/producer Ralf Schmid, and the renowned SWR Big Band from Stuttgart, Germany.
