The jazz course at MUK Vienna, one of the leading international jazz training institutions, will be presenting an opulent showcase at Porgy & Bess on four afternoons at the end of the semester: the MUK.jazz.afternoons will present a program full of joyful playing in a wide variety of musical styles and include jazz choir, big band and ensemble concerts at the highest level. The students demonstrate the full diversity of the MUK's training - from traditional swing, bebop and hard bop to free and avant-garde sounds, everything is represented. Another highlight of the MUK.jazz.afternoons are the MUK.finals, in which the current graduates perform in public Bachelor's and Master's concerts.
