Andrea Šulcová (CZ) and Allison Wheeler (USA) make an enchanting duo born out of their shared love for folk, bluegrass, and songwriting. After both releasing successful debuts in 2022, Andrea with Opportunities (Animal Music) and Allison with Winterspring (Ubuntu Music), the duo came together in the spring of 2023 “just for fun” and to enjoy creating together. Despite hailing from opposite corners of the world, they are kindred spirits who grew up listening to the likes of Joni Mitchell, Allison Krauss and the Dixie Chicks, who are strong influences on their sound. Andrea studied flute at Kunstuniversität Graz, AT and Allison jazz voice at the University of Northern Colorado, USA - but stays true to the beauty of simplicity and captures listeners with seamless harmonies and heartfelt storytelling. Their first EP Life of a Song was released in the fall of 2023 and the duo continues to flourish with new music as they embark on their summer tour.
