Omar Hakim has played & recorded with some of the most notable & widely known artists: Weather Report, David Bowie, Foo Fighters, Sting, Madonna, Dire Straits, Bryan Ferry, Journey, Kate Bush, George Benson, Miles Davis, Daft Punk, Mariah Carey, The Pussycat Dolls, David Lee Roth and Celine Dion. Known for his unparalleled groove & versatility, Omar Hakim’s drumming prowess ignites the stage. From his explosive solos to his impeccable sense of rhythm, Hakim’s presence resonates with the audience, infusing each composition with energy & vitality. Gerald Veasley was a member of the Zawinul Syndicate from 1988 thru 1995. His Pulsating bass lines serve as the anchor of Zawinul Legacy 3.0’s musical voyage. With his impeccable technique and infectious groove, Veasley’s bass playing provides a solid foundation upon which the band can build their own sonic exploration. His ability to seamlessly blend with other musicians while adding his own melodic flair ensures a captivating and immersive musical experience.

Rachel Z’s keyboard virtuosity adds a touch of enchantment to the band’s sonic landscape. She has played and toured with some of the most notable musicians around the world, such as Wayne Shorter, Stanley Clark, Pino Daniele, Peter Gabriel and Terri Lyne Carrington, to name a few. Bobby Thomas Jr. has the unique distinction of having played with Weather Report, Weather Update, Zawinul Syndicate and Zawinul Legacy.His percussive mastery adds an extra layer of depth and dimension.
