The wait is over, the year is finally drawing to a close and the legendary “song recitals” are returning to Porgy & Bess! On three Sundays in Advent, a colorful mix of Vienna-based singers, speakers, etc. will present their favorite songs in the broadest sense. With the solid support of Benny Omerzell on the grand piano and Lukas Kranzelbinder on the double bass, an intimate chamber music Advent hour will be created between Hansi Dujmic, Joni Mitchell, and Richard Strauss, which is sure to open hearts and empty pockets. The proceeds from these evenings will be donated to charitable organizations. At the last edition in 2024, the 2000 mark was almost reached in one evening—this year, we aim to surpass it!
