Lenore Huang is a singer from China with a deep appreciation for the musical diversity of cultures around the world. She first developed her specialty in the music of Latin America during her studies in Latin & Brazilian Voice at Codarts Rotterdam, where she graduated cum laude. Her journey then led her to Argentine tango, which became a central focus of her artistic path.

In 2024, with the support of het Cultuurfonds, she traveled to Buenos Aires to study tango with local musicians, immersing herself in the genre’s cultural roots. In 2025, she completed her Master’s degree in Argentine Tango Voice at Codarts, again graduating cum laude.

Huang’s performance is characterized by a deep commitment to the traditions of tango singing, refreshed with a modern sensibility, all in service of unfolding the drama of each piece. Her ability to illuminate the narrative of every song has earned recognition from leading tango figures including Gustavo Beytelmann and Omar Mollo, establishing her as a rising talent in the European tango scene.
