Saxophonist Robert Unterköfler presents his new project: Rote Welt #2.
For this project, Unterköfler has brought together a group of musicians with whom he can explore the various facets of his musical world.
Together with Valentin Duit (drums), Kenji Herbert (guitar), Nina Feldgrill (electric bass), Tobias Meissl (vibraphone), and Ivar Roban Križić, they create exciting moments in diverse atmospheres, expressed through a wide variety of configurations within the collective.
In February 2026, the band was in the studio to release a new album in the middle of the year. The album features exclusively original compositions and improvisations that bring out the musicians’ distinct personalities.”
