Andy Middleton, an internationally renowned saxophonist and composer, has been a professor at the MUK for 21 years. Andy Middleton is now entering his final year of teaching before retiring. To mark this occasion, the MUK.jazzorchestra is dedicating a special concert evening to its long-standing, deeply committed professor of jazz composition and jazz saxophone.

Under the direction of Andy Middleton, the MUK.jazzorchestra will present selected compositions from his diverse body of work. Join us in celebrating an exceptional artist and outstanding educator who has had a lasting impact on jazz education at the MUK Vienna over many years.
