The music produced by the quartet is totally improvised, it’s the resulting dialogue of four individual experiences in a wide expressive area where musical choices are approached and developed in real time. The sound of the group finds its roots in the mixed up area of the so called popular music where boundaries among styles and genres like jazz, rock, sound poetry, electronic and contemporary music are deliberately avoided. The collective working method and research seem to be the main „rules“ behind the quartet complex musical approach. Since years, the four members, are collaborating in different projects (Blast, Tsuki, Viktoria Frey), the quartet combination is they’re first chance to work together (Pressetext)
Die Musik die dieses Quartett spielt, ist vollumfänglich improvisiert. Sie ist das Resultat, das aus dem musikalischen Dialog von vier Individuen, die ihre musikalischen Erfahrungen in einem weiten Gebiet ausdrücken können und bemüht sind, sie im Moment weiter zu entwickeln. Der Gruppensound hat seine Wurzeln in der Populärmusik und versucht jeglicher Kategorisierung zu entweichen. Der kollektive Prozess der Musiksuche ist der Hauptantrieb in diesem Quartett. (Paed Conca)
