Access

- Public transport: U3 Stubentor, U1 Stephansplatz

- By car: Short-term parking zone in Riemergasse up to 10 p.m. Please note that one side of the street is reserved for residents only. Garage Cobdengasse 2, special price 6.- € from 5 p.m. to 7 a.m., tickets available at P&B box office.

 

Opening hours & ticket sales

Box office: 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. daily

Discounts

Members of Club Ö1, Easy City Pass, EYCA, Vienna Card, Queer City Pass, Jazzit Salzburg, Gartenbaukino Wien and Tanzquartier Wien are granted a discount for all Porgy & Bess shows with the exception of shows of external promoters (as shown in P&B folder). Unless otherwise stated, MemberCard-holders are granted free admission to all shows. You may find further informations about MemberCards here. Children up to 16 years are granted free admission to P&B shows when accompanied by an adult, respectively if a seat is needed, they get a discount of 50 % (max. 2 children per adult). Terms and conditions of external promoters (as shown in P&B folder) may differ.

 

Cancellation policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund for cancellations, but we can offer a voucher (minus a cancellation fee of 5 € per ticket) as long as 1 day prior notice per E-Mail to ticket@porgy.at or Tel.: +43 1 512 88 11 (Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.) is given.

We ask for your understanding that only 50 % can be credited for cancellations on the date of the show until 2 p.m. Cancellation terms and conditions of external promoters (as shown in P&B folder) may differ.

 

Doors

Usually 1 hour before the show starts.

 

Seating

If you have purchased a ticket, a seat (seat = Sitzplatz) will be reserved for you ‒ unless stated otherwise (standing ticket = Stehplatz). Please note that your seats will be kept for you until the start of the show as advertised. Seats can only be reserved following the purchase of tickets.

Wheelchairs

If you wish to visit our club with a wheelchair, please contact us beforehand. Our club offers accomodatios for 3 wheelchairs and an elevator. We ask for your understanding that wheelchairs can only be placed at particular spots that have been officially sanctioned.

 

Food & drinks

Andrews will serve little delicacies and cool drinks.

 

Cloakroom

For safety reasons coats, big bags, backpacks etc. have to be handed in at the cloakroom. We have to charge 1 € cash per item.
