Mike Verba All Stars feat. Wayne Escoffery & Ronnie Burrage is an international project of the famous Polish pianist of the new generation Mike Verba (also known as Michał Wierba) - a Polish piano virtuoso, composer and producer, doctor of instrumental studies and a laureate of over 20 most important Polish and European music festivals, who has played hundreds of concerts and recorded over 20 albums. Acting internationally for over 10 years (including Poland, the Netherlands, Scotland, England, the USA, Spain, Ukraine), the artist has collaborated with leading figures from the world of jazz, world music and popular music. After several years of cooperation with the well-known American drummer Ronnie Burrage and the released album "The Dance of The Great Spirit" in the United States, Mike Verba invites another star of the jazz world to cooperate - the outstanding saxophonist Wayne Escoffery, winner of the Grammy Award, brilliant sideman of the greatest jazz stars. Michał Wierba All Stars - in a strong cast of world-class musicians - is another step on the path of an outstanding Polish pianist in the world of jazz, which breaks borders, connecting continents and cultures. Basing on their own experiences, origins and inspirations, the artists create extreme, the sound world of modern jazz that breathes depth, energy and joy, in which the tradition of European jazz music, represented by Mike Verba, combines with the American sound of invited guests. The strong and masterful sound of Escoffery's saxophone and Burrage's funky and ethnic grooves are entwined with subtly used electronics and virtuoso, European pianism of Verba.
