At the beginning of 2021, after 30 years as a musician, Karlheinz Miklin decided to launch his first project under his own direction.
He came up with the concept for the band (as well as almost the entire repertoire), and as a logical consequence of his musical background - both rock and jazz musician with a classical past - the result is a varied band sound without narrow stylistic boundaries.
For the realization of his musical ideas, he chose musicians with whom he had previously worked together in various projects and found a special musical understanding there. They are all outstanding instrumentalists and, as such, have long been an integral part of the national and international jazz scene. (press release)
