ELMO NERO brings three exciting protagonists of the Austrian jazz scene together:
The exceptional bass player, composer and Hans Koller Prize winner Gina Schwarz, the guitarist Christoph Helm who expertly oscillates between various kinds of popular music genres, and the subtle yet experimental drummer Max Plattner who can be found at the forefront of young jazz in many innovative projects.
With compositions and improvisations fed by a wide variety of influences they manage to captivate their audience and transform a seemingly familiar line-up such as the guitar trio into an exciting playground, where many a surprise awaits the listener!
