This evening is dedicated to the students of the Department of Popular Music at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, who will appear as performers and composers/arrangers on this evening!
To this end, Gerd Hermann Ortler's "Composition and Arrangement" students have created works for the ipop Composers Ensemble (performance in the first set) and the big.mdw.band (performance in the second set). These compositions and arrangements cover a wide musical range and reflect the creative potential of the young generation of musicians!
In the third set, the big.mdw.band under the direction of Markus Geiselhart will present excerpts from their summer semester program. (Press release ipop)
