A democratic statement in a musical experiment!

The mini-festival "Jazz, Not Right" sets an example for democracy and freedom by bringing together different scenes and generations that appeal to both your dialogical and artistic senses.
On this evening, Christoph Pepe Auer will engage in a musical dialog with various musicians, reflecting musically on basic democratic concepts.
For example, the basic rights in jazz are often clearly defined: Composed notes do not necessarily have to be realized in this way and often leave a lot of room for interpretation. A composition must therefore be brought to life.
In Pluralism, contemporary jazz meets string quartet, gipsy jazz combo meets abstract contemporary ensemble, traditional jazz meets global music. And all in a row on one evening. Freedom of expression is welcome!
However, an exception must be made for the separation of powers - another important instrument of democracy: Composition, arrangement and interpretation are partly covered by the same people.
There are no compromises when it comes to transparency: Every musical decision can be followed in real time by the audience on stage.
And last but not least, the festival thrives on social engagement: only active listeners can make the concert what it is. In other words: come and use your right to vote for an encore!
