As a jazz and soul singer, MAJA JAKU is in the top league. Everything simply comes together: Volume, maturity, confidence, expression, soulful timbre, attitude: "Magical, powerful, dark purple and soulful" is how others describe her voice, "with storytelling at the top level!". - On this evening, the vocal professor at the jam music lab, who also inspires the next generation, presents "The Best of Maja Jaku! ", i.e. the songs from her four albums and performances, arranged for a quartet, which she considers to be her best and which, in her opinion, she sings best. As she usually performs with a big band, this means the chance for maximum intimacy, which will make her singing and feeling even more immediate for the audience.

She will be joined by the exceptionally atmospheric Bosnian bassist DUSAN SIMOVIC, the Brazilian pianist FAGNER WESLEY and the young but widely admired drummer ADRIAN VARADY, who comes from a well-known Slovakian family of musicians that even made the legendary US music producer Quincy Jones rave about them.
