Over the past ten years, the funk-pop band Candlelight Ficus has become a fixture on the Austrian live music scene. It is part of the NASOM support program run by the Austrian Foreign Ministry and is returning to Porgy&Bess for the sixth time. With a 12-piece lineup and musical guests, the band presents its new album ‘Nach Art des Hauses’. Earthy grooves, catchy melodies, and archaic soul elements sweep relentlessly around your ears and straight into your bones. The sun is here. And with it, the feel-good package that is Candlelight Ficus.
